RESOLUTION OF. .THE BOARD .OF. DIRECTORS._OF:THE EAST VALLEY WATER DISTRICT
RELEASE OF LIEN FOR DELINQUENT W7 TER AND SEWER CHARGES
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the East Valley Water District as
follays:
WHEREAS, the indebtedness incurred by that certain lien on property
described as 1641 Hudson
County of San Bernardino, State of California, awned by Ernie & Cynthia Chavarria
Obligor , recorded as Instrument No.$9,-030760 on 1/26/89
with the County Recorder of San Bernardino, has been satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED,
That the East Valley Water District does hereby release the lien against
said property and-the Treasurer is hereby authorized to execute a Release
of Liensfor Delinquent Water and Sewer Charges in the name of and on behalf
of the said -District.
The foregoing Resolution was duly adopted at a meeting of the Board of
Directors of the East Valley Water .District.by motion made, duly seconded
and carried unanimously on January 23, 1990
