A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE EAST VALLEY WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
TRACT 13550
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
East Valley Water District, as follows:
WHEREAS, the water distribution system and appurtenant
structures constructed in accordance with specifications of
the East Valley Water District within Tract 13550, built for
public use, have been dedicated to said District by East
Highlands Ranch, Inc. , a Delaware Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the
Dedication of Water Distribution System executed by East
Highlands Ranch, Inc. , dated July 8, 1991, be accepted and
all rights, title and interest in and to said water system
be vested in the East Valley Water District, and that the
Secretary of this District be, and is hereby authorized and
directed to record this Resolution with said Dedication of
Water Distribution System attached hereto, in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State
of California.

The foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a meeting
of the Board of Directors of the East Valley Water District,
upon motion duly made, seconded and carried on July 22,
1991.
