A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE EAST VALLEY WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
PHASE III, TRACT 13468
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
East Valley Water District, as follows:
WHEREAS, the water distribution system and appurtenant
structures constructed in accordance with specifications of
the East Valley Water District within Phase III, Tract
13468, built for public use, have been dedicated to said
District by EAST HIGHLANDS RANCH, INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the
Dedication of Water Distribution System executed by EAST
HIGHLANDS RANCH, INC. dated August 11, 1988, be accepted and
all rights, title and interest in and to said water system
be vested in the East Valley Water District, and that the
Secretary of this District be, and is hereby authorized and
directed to record this Resolution with said Dedication of
Water Distribution System attached hereto, in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State
of California.

The foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a meeting
of the Board of Directors of the East Valley Water District,
upon motion duly made, seconded and carried on July 10,
1989 .

EAST HIGHLANDS RANCH PROJECT
Board of Directors
East Valley Water District
San Bernardino, California 92413
We hereby declare that the Water Distribution System, Phase III , East
Highlands Ranch Project, including Structures and Appurtenances, located in
San Bernardino County and as outlined in Exhibit "A", Scope and Location of
Water Distribution System, installed in Phase III , Tract 13468, East
Highlands Ranch Project, attached hereto, were constructed in accordance with
all the requirements of the East Valley Water District ("District") , are
intended for public use, and that upon their acceptance by District, all
right, title, and interest of the undersigned in and to said Improvements
shall thereupon vest in District. The within dedication shall be binding upon
the successors and assignees of the undersigned.
The undersigned further declares and hereby certifies that there are no
liens or debts of any nature presently due or outstanding against or upon said
Water Distribution System for labor or materials or for any other cause
relating to their construction, and that the undersigned will hold District
free and harmless from any and all such claims or liens asserted against said
Improvements should any such claims or liens arise.

and entitled TRACT 13468 - WATER IMPROVEMENT PLANS.
