RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EAST VALLEY WATER DISTRICT
RELEASE OF LIEN FOR DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the . East Valley Water
District as follows :
WHEREAS , the indebtedness incurred by that certain lien on
property described as 6581 Elm Avenue , San Bernardino , CA . ,
County of San Bernardino, State of -California, owned by Manual Mata ,
Obligor_, recorded as Instrument No. 87-392697 on 11/03/87
with the County Recorder of San Bernardino, has been satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED,
That the East Valley Water District does hereby release the lien
against said property and the Treasurer is hereby authorized to
execute a Release of Lien for Delinquent Water and Sewer Charges in
the name of and on behalf of the said District.
The foregoing Resolution was duly adopted at a meeting of the
Board of Directors of the East Valley Water District by motion made ,
duly seconded and carried unanimously on January 23 , 1989 .
