A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE EAST VALLEY WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF SEWERS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
East Valley Water District, as follows:
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewers and appurtenant structures
constructed in accordance with specifications of the East
Valley Water District within Tract No. 14095 (Construction
Phase I, Lots: 1-14, 40-48) in the City of Highland, have
been dedicated to said District by THE CANYON NORTH GROUP, a
California Corporation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the
Dedication of Sewers executed by THE CANYON NORTH GROUP,
dated April 1, 1993, be accepted and all rights, title and
interest in and to said sewers be vested in the East Valley
Water District, and that the Secretary of this District be,
and is hereby authorized and directed to record this
Resolution with said Dedication of Sewers attached hereto,
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Bernardino, State of California.

The foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a meeting
of the Board of Directors of the East Valley Water District,
upon motion duly made, seconded and carried on April 12,
1993 .
