At this time, members of the public may address the Board of Directors regarding any items
within the subject matter jurisdiction of the East Valley Water District. The Board of Directors
may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed. Comments may be limited to three
minutes per speaker.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion and possible action regarding award of contract to Balfour Beatty
Construction to provide earthwork and grading for the District’s New Headquarters
Project
