There will be no public location for attending this meeting in person. Members of the public and Shareholders may listen and provide public comment telephonically. Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes, unless waived by the Chairman of the Commission. Under the State of California Brown Act, the Board of Commissioners is prohibited from discussing or taking action on any item not listed on the posted agenda.
