Manager Rickert reported that the property could be pur-
chased for $5,250.00.
RESOL~£ION ~ Upon motion by Director LiLtleton, duly seconded by Director Taylor,
O. 116 and carried unanimously, Resolution No. 116 authorizing the President
and Secretary to sign escrow instruction for the purchase of property
located at 24641 6th Street was adopted and order made.
SEWERS ' Secretary North presented a Grant of Easement, dated January 9, 1958,
