DISTriCT EVALUATICN Secretary North presented the secured, utility and unsecured
valuation figures as presented by the County Auditor as
follows:
Secured $12,327,420
Utility 1,140,390
Unsecured 295,980
CLAIM-EVANCFF ~anager Rickert requested the Board reconsider the claim
of Evanoff in the amount of $135.00.
Upon motion of Director Wall, duly seconded by Director
Brooks and carried unanimously, the recommendation o~ ·
Manager Rickert is hereby accepted. The claim of Mr.
Evanoff is hereby authorized paid, said claim to be
submitted to Daniel, Mann, Johnson, and Mendenhall.

The Board of Directors met at 7:30 P. M., September 14,
1959 at the regular meeting place.
Directors Present: Botts, Brooks, Taylor, Wall
Directors Absent: Littleton
Also Present: Attorney Holcomb, Donald Miller

PRESIDENT PRC-TS~ U~on motion by Director Botts, duly seconded by Director
Wall and carried unanimously, Director Brooks was elected
President Pro-Tom in the absence of President Littleton.
MINUTES Upon indication that each member present had read the
minutes and that there were no additians or corrections
the minutes were declared approved.
ANNEXATIONS The President announced that this was the time and place
for the Board to consider certain annexations to the
District.
ANNEXATICN 1959-33 The Secretary presented the Petition of Annexation 1959-33
BONNIE STREET together with tile Affidavit of Publication of Notice of
NINTH STREET TO Hearing, showing that the Publication had been made as
FLAMINGO required by law.
The President announced that this was the time and place
as set by the Notice of He~ring to hear all protests and
consider all written objections to the proposed annexation.
The Secretary presented her certificate that the petition
is signed by a majority in number of the holders of title,
or evidence of title, to a majority in acreage of the land
proposed to be annexed. There being no written or oral
objections tc the proposed annexe~ion and discussion
had and evidence taken relating to the benefits to the
District and the territory proposed to be annexed which
would result from the annexation, it was moved by Director
Botts, duly seconded by Director Wall and carried
unanimously, that the hearing be closed.

to make a further study and to present their recommendation
concerning installation of sewer lines on Arden Avenue
with total footage and cost from Foothill Drive to each
of the intersectin(f streets of Arden ~Ivenue to Pacific

I~EPCKT SANITARY Tile engineering firm of Campbell & Miller and W. P.
S~'~R SY,~TEM Rowe and Son submitted a written report on the sanitary
HIGHLAND AREA sewer system in the Highland area.
It was the opinion Of the Board that further study be
made with Attorney Ernest Wi.lson.
ADJCURNMENT There being no f~rther business, the meeting was
adjou rned.

A~NEXATION 1959-34~ The Secretary pre~ented Petition of Annexation 1959-84
250~0, 250~8, and together with the Affidavit of Publication of Notice
24782 BASE LINE of Hearing, showing that the Publication had been made as
required by law.
The Bresident announced that this was the time and Dlace
as set to hear all protests and consider all written
objections to the proposed annexation. The Secretary
presented her certificate that the petition is signed by
all of the holders of title to the land proposed to be
annexed. There being no written or oral objections
to the proposed annexation and discussion had and
evidence taken relating to the benefits fo the District
and the territory proposed to be annexed which wou~d
result from the annexation, it was moved by Director
Botts, duly seconded by Director Wall and carried
