BOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR MEh~'ING
JANUARY 11, 1960
The Board of Directors met at 7:30 P.M., at the regular
meeting place.
Directors present: Botts, Brooks, Littleton, Taylor, Wall
Directors absent: None
Also present: Engineer Rowe, Manager Rickert and Secretary
North
MINUTES Minutes of the meeting of December 28, 1959 were presented
for approval and there being no additions or corrections were
declared approved.
ANNEXATION 1959~42' The President announced that this was the time andplace for
6969 CONEJO DRIVE the Board to consider certain annexations to the District.
The Secretary presented Petition of Annexation 1959-42 together
with ~he Avvidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing, showing
that the publication had been made as required by law.
The President announced that this was the time and place as set
to hear all protests and consider all written objections to the
proposed annexation. The Secretary presented her certificate
that the petition is signed by all of. the holders of title to
the land proposed to be annexed. There being no written or
oral objections to the proposed annexation and discussion had
and evidence taken relating to the benefits to the District and
the territory proposed to be annexed which would result from
the annexation, it was moved by Director Botts, duly seconded
by Director Wall and carried unanimously, that the hearing be
closed.
ORDINANCE NO. 137 ' Ordinance No. 157 was presented to the Board. Upon motion by
Director Wall, duly seconded by Director Brooks and carried
unanimously, Ordinance No. 137 Altering Boundaries of the East
San Bernardino County Water District was passed on roll call
vote. The Secretary was directed to post in three public places
within the District copies of the above entitled ordinance.
WARRANT APPROVAL Office ~nager North presented warrants for approval for the
Sewer and Water Department as follows:
Water Department $16,075.96
Sewer Department 514.44
Upon motion by Director Wall, duly seconded by Director Botts
and carried unanimously, said warrants were approved and
ordered paid.
DESIGN & SURVEY Upon motion by Director Brooks, duly seconded by Director Taylor
SEWER LINES and carried unanimously, engineering design and survey was
MARSHALL BLVD. authorized for sewer collection lines on Marshall Blvd., between
Del Rosa Avenue and Sanchez Street, estimated cost, $5,500.00
for 1100 feet.
