Directors Absent: Brooks until 7:50 p.m. Others Present: Seneral Manager-Secretary, Rickert; Associate Engineer, Cole: Assistant Office Manager, Lyons; Consulting Engineers, Joe Rowe and Don Miller; Attorney, Henry; Editor East Valley Times, Jerry Boyd; Messrs J. E. Nicholson, Norman Forrest, H. Geo. Rodine and Philip A. Disch. MINUTES Upon indication that each Board member present had read the minutes of the January 9, 1962 regular meeting, and there were no corrections or additions, the President declared the minutes approved as written. MR. RODINE I~ESENT The President called for a pause in the agenda to hear from constituent H. ~eorge Rodine who wished to be heard. He had been required to put in a permanent cesspool and septic tank on his property and now is required to connect to the sewer. He asked to be allowed postponement of connection until he could no longer use his present facilities, or at least until summer time. MOTION Upon motion b/ Director Littleton, duly seconded by Director Wall and carried unanimously, Mr. Rodine was given a 60 day extension of time in which to hook up to the sewer. RESOLUTION NO. 405 The Secretary presented Resolution No. 405 which is to cor- COP~ECTING rect boundaries of,the District as specified in Annexation BOUNDARIES OF THE No. 1961-23, Central and Cypress. 1961-23 ANNEXATION Upon motion by Director LeVesque, d~ly seconded by Director MOTION Wall and carried unanimously, Resolution No. 405, correcting boundaries of the East San Bernardino County Water District for Annexation No. 1961-23, by roll call vote as follows: AYES, and in favor thereof, Directors Botts, LeVesque, Littleton and Wall. NC~S, Directors: None. ABSENT, Directors: Brooks. Upon motion by Director Littleton, duly seconded by Director MOTION LeVesque and carried unanimously, Resolution No. 408 Accept- lng Dedication of sewers on Cypress Street, was adopted and order made. 3an. 23, 1962 MOTION Since the Base Line Section from Central to Palm Avenue was also approved, and plans and specifications are nearly ready, motion was made by Director LeVesque, duly seconded by Director Brooks and carried unanimously, that bids shall be called for and opened on the Base Line sewer, Central to Palm, at the Board meetin~ of February 27th, 1962 at 7:80 p.m. at 7887 Del Rosa Avenue.
