BOARD MEETING
June 9, 1976 7:00 P.M.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Fork Water Company
was held on June 9, 1976, at 7:00 P.M. at the office of the East San
Bernardino County Water District at l155Del Rosa Avenue, San Bernardino,
California.
Present: Directors - Arnold L. Wright
Paul Jennings Jr.
Stuart George
Joseph A.Rowe
Elizabeth Kiel
Dennis L. Johnson
Laird Roddick
Others in Attendance: - Howard H. Hendricks Secretary
President Arnold Wright brought up the request of John Brooker, who wished
to purchase 300 ft. of 15" Plastic Pipe at $1.00 per foot, which is jointly
owned between Bear Valley Mutual Water Company and North Fork Water Company.
After some discussion and upon a motion by Mr. Rowe, seconded by Mr. Johnson,
that Paul Jennings of the Orange Company have the first right to refuse to
buy the pipe until June 23, 1976. Motion carried.
President Wright then brought up the subject of the Water Exchange Agree-
ment. After a long discussion concerning the agreement and the request of
the East San Bernardino County Water District, upon a motion by Mr. Johnson,
seconded by Mrs. Kiel, that the President and Secretary be authorized to
execute the agreement of May 3, 1976, of the Santa Ana River - Mill Creek
Cooperative Water Project, after approved to form by either Attorney Robert
Bierschbach or Attorney Denslow Green. Motion carried unanimously.
As there was no further business to be brought before the Board, the meeting
was adjourned at 10:00 P.M.

NORTH FORK WATER COMPANY
BOARD MEETING
July 30, 1976 10:00 a.m.
At 10:00 a.m., July 30, 1976, the Secretary of North Fork Water Company
announced at the designated offices of North Fork Water Company that
the assessment on one share of Lloyd L. McAffee had not been paid as of
that time. The Secretary also announced tkat 20 shares of North Fork
Water Company stock owned by L.A. Cook had also not been paid as of
that time.
According to the by-laws of the North Fork Water Company these shares
are now available for bid, or they will be forfeited.
Harold M. Fones, representative of the East San Bernardino County Water
District, placed a bid on the assessment, plus penalities and trans-
fer fees for the said stock, indicating that tke District would not
want to see any shares being forfeited.
As there was no other bid, the Secretary accepted the bid of East San
Bernardino County Water District. Thus awarding the delinquent shares
to the District.
The above action was witnessed by Josephine Antonucci.
