Directors Present: Arnold L. Wright, President Laird Roddick, Vice-President Elizabeth Kiel Joseph Rowe Dennis L. Johnson Directors Absent: Frank Jacinto Phil Parquhar Others Present: Harold M. Fortes, Secretary-Treasurer Ro~ Hanway Mrs. Arnold Wright Dr. Larson Victor Ray Mr. Arnott Mrs. Joe Rowe Mr. Kiel The Minutes of the Annual Meeting of April 27, 1978 were read by the Secretary. Moved by Director Johnson., seconded by Director Kiel to approve the Minutes as read The audit report prepared by Eadie and Payne was presented and discussed by the Directors. It was moved by Director Rowe, seconded by Director Johnson and carried to accept the audit report. President Wright reported on ditch conditions - they are in good condition. There had been one wash-out in the vicinity of Elder Gulch in thepast year which had been repaired and the ditch condition were reported as being normal for this time of year. Director Rowe requested that the Watermaster Report be made available to all directors. President Wright indicated that the major accomplishments in the past year had been the North Fork connection, and that there had been in fact an exchange of water at the North Fork connection. The entire situa- tion was coordinated by Bill Hiltgen, Manager for the Cooperative Water Project. It was stated that Mr. Delgado, who works for the East High- lands Orange Company is a backup zanjero. It was moved by Mr. Hanway, seconded by Mrs. Wright and carried that the official actions of the Board of Directors be ratified. The Secretary noted that all assessments had been paid this past year. Mrs. Arnold Wright nominated the following people to be directors of the North Fork Water Company for the ensuing year. ~They were: N." Elizabeth Kiel Joseph A. Rowe Larid Roddick Dennis L. Johnson Arnold L. Wright Victor Ray Rod Hanway Harold M. Fones as Secretary-Treasurer. A unanimous ballot was cast for the slate of directors and officers. There being no further business, it was moved by Director Roddick, seconded by Director Kiel to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Harold M. Fones, Secretary
