Annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Fork Water
Company was held on March 26, 1981 at 7:20 p.m. at the Office of the
East San Bernardino County Water District at 1155 Del Rosa Avenue, San ~,~
Bernardino, California.

The Minutes of May 28 1980 were read by President Wright.
M/S/C (Johnson-Ray) that the Minutes of May 28, 1980 be approved
as read.
1981 AUDIT REPORT
Mr. Edward Jakowczyk, East San Bernardino County Water District
Auditor reviewed the 1981 Audit Report submitted by Eadie and Payne with "~
the Board. Mr. Jakowczyk referred to the letter from Eadie and Payne
which indicated the Company consider an internal accounting control
system, as well as developing and maintaining a general ledger.
M/S/C (Ray-Rowe) that the 1981 Audit report prepared by Eadie and
Payne be accepted as presented.
M/S/C (Rowe-Johnson) that Eadie and Payne be authorized to do the
1982 Audit for North Fork Water Company.
REPORT ON PHYSICAL CONDITION OF NORTH FORK WATER COMPANY DITCH
Director Ray and Fred Stafford gave a very comprehensive report on the
condition of the North Fork ditch. They posted a map which revealed to the
Board the exact location of the portions of the ditch that had been worked
on by Mr. Stafford and those areas that still needed repair work. Director
Ray indicated the repair work thus far is very good. A discussion ensued
relative to the East Highlands Ranch,Inc., possibly realigning the ditch
in a direct east west line and eliminate the horseshoe around the rock
house. The pipe in front of the Seat's property appears to be completed.
Canal and Pipe from the Orange Company to Bledsoe Gulch is leaking and
needs repair. Pipe rather than open ditch on the south side of Highland
Avenue was also discussed. It would eliminate a lot of debris and
expense. Director Ray stated he felt monies should be set apart for a
preventative maintenance program. '~'
OFFICIAL ACTION FOR 1980
M/S/C (Larsen-Roddick) that the official actions of the North Fork
Board of Directors for 1980 be ratified.
NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR 1981
President Wright indicated that Rod Hanway had called him and resigned
as a Board Member for North Fork Water Company. Mr. Raymond S.Keslake
Project Manager of East Highland Ranch,Inc. was present at the Board
Meeting.
M/S/C (Johnson-Ray) that Raymond S.Keslake be nominated as a Director
and entire Board as seated; that Rod Hanway's resignation as a Board
Member be accepted; that the Board of Directors of North Fork Water
Company will consist of Arnold Wright, Elizabeth Kiel, Joseph A.Rowe,
Laird Roddick, Dennis Johnson, Raymond S. Keslake, and Victor Ray.
ADJOURMENT
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
