Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Service Connection. It shall be unlawful to maintain a connection excepting in conformity with the following rules: a) Separate Building. Each house or building under separate owner- ship must be provided with a separate service connection. Two or more houses under one ownership and on the same lot or parcel of land may be supplied through the same service connection; provided that for each house under a separate roof which shall face a street, an additional "Ready-to-Serve Charge" will be applied to the single meter serving said houses, or a separ- ate service connection may be provided for each building. The Board re- 3erves the right to limit the number of houses or the area of land under one ownership to be supplied by one service connection. sECTION 2:Article 17, paragraph 270 of Ordinance No.4, entitled Establishing Rates, Rules and Regulations for Water Service by the East San Bernarc.ino County Water District", adopted November 3, 1954, and amended by Ordinance No. 293, is hereby amended to read as follows: ARTICLE 17 - CHARGES 270.
