East Valley Water District was formed in 1954 and provides water and wastewater services to
104,000 residents within the cities of San Bernardino and Highland,and portions of San
Bernardino County.
EVWD operates under the direction of a 5-member elected Board.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2(a),any request for a disability-related
