NOTICE OF SHARHOLDERS MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City Creek Water Company shareholders will
be held at 4:30 p-m. on July 24, 2012, at the office of the East Valley Water District, 3654
E_ Highland Avenue, Suite 30, Highland, California, for the purpose of electing Directors
for the ensuing year, reviewing AB 54 legislation affecting mutual water companies,
discussing the status of stock ownership and potential purchase, and for transacting such
other business as may come before the Board.
