I, Justine Hendricksen, District Clerk, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is, and at all times mentioned was, the duly qualified District Clerk of the East
Valley Water District, Highland, California; and that she caused to be posted on or near
the door of the meeting place of the Board of Directors of said District a Notice of
Rescheduled Legislative & Public Outreach Standing Committee Meeting.
