BOARD WORKSHOP JANUARY 13, 1990
MINUTES
The Board Workshop was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by President
Stoops.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Directors Disch, Lightfoot, Douglas, Schnarre,
Stoops
ABSENT : None
STAFF : Larry W. Rowe, General Manager/Secretary; Bob
Martin, District Engineer; George Wilson, Treasurer;
Sandra Shepherd, Assistant Board Secretary
The Board reviewed District operations at length.
ADJOURNMENT
The Board workshop adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
