SPECIAL MEETING
(BOARD WORKSHOP)
APRIL 4, 1998
The Special Meeting (Board Workshop) was called to order at 9:05 a.m. by
President Negrete, Director Wilson led the flag salute.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Directors: Goodin, Sturgeon, Wilson, Lightfoot, Negrete
ABSENT: None
STAFF: Bob Martin, General Manager; Paul Dotter, Assistant
District Engineer; Alberta Hess, Auditor /Controller;
Mary Wallace, Administrative Assistant
GUESTS: None
The Board President stated that this meeting is a workshop only. No
decisions will be made.
Major Projects, Existing Projects, Future Capital Projects, Water and Sewer
Rate Comparisons, District's staffing level and Directors' Fees and Expenses
were reviewed. No decisions were made.
The'meeting adjourned at 11:25 A.M.

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
East Valley Water District will be held on Saturday, April 4, 1998. The
purpose of this meeting is a workshop session to discuss the matters
specified below for information purposes only. No decisions will be reached.

- Major projects and status
- Capital improvement program
2. Proposed 98 -99 Budget
