AN ORDINANCE ALTERING BOUNDARIES OF
EAST SAN B3P~ARDINO COUNTY WA~ER DISTRICT
ANNEXATION NO. 1958-10
CONEJO & MODESTO NORTH OF 35th
BE: IT ORDAINED by the Eoard of Directors of the East San Bernar-
dino Celunty Water District, San
follows:
That a petition, duly a
County, California, as

and signed by a majority
in num1;.er of the holders of title, or evidence of title, to a majority
in acreage of the land described therein according to the last
equali2:ed assessment roll of the County of San Bernardino, together
with a particular description of the land proposed to be annexed,
was filed with the Secretary of said District on the 28th day of
May, 1958

persons: interested of the hearing thereon to be held on Monday,
June 23,

o'clock P.M., at the
regular meeting place of the Board of Directors of said District,
7337 De>l Rosa Avenue, San Bernardino, California, the affidavit of
which publication has been presented to and is on file with this
Board, and that said petition and said notice so published are in the
form re>quired by said Act.

That all acts and conditions and things required by law to
be done¡ precedent to the hearing of said petition by this Board have
been dcme and have been perforned in regular and in due form and in
strict compliance with the provisions of the law authorizing the
presentation of said petition.

That at the time and place fixed in said notice this Board
proceeded to hear said petition, and all written objections thereto,
no such objections were received, and upon the hearing of said peti-
tion, and after a full investigation and examination, this Board has
found and declared and does hereby find and declare, that said peti-
tion complies with the requirements of the County Water District Act,
and this Board does hereby find and declare the addition to the Dis-
trict of the lands proposed to be added as authorized by said Act
will be for the best interest of the District, and of the lands to
be added.
5.
That the boundaries of the East San Bernardino County t'later
District shall be, and they are hereby altered by add1ng thereto the
hereinafter desœ:Lbed terri tory, which territory is hereby annexed to
said District, and the boundaries of which territory so annexed are
situate ,Ln the County of San Bernardino, State of California, and are
more par'~icularly described in Exhibit "Aft hereto attached and by
referenc,~ incorporated herein.
6.
This Ordinance shall be posted in three public places within
the DistJ~ict.
