2hat a petition. duly acknowledged. and signed by all of
the hol.ders C)f ti1:l.e. or evidence of title. to all of the acreage of
the lMld described therein according to the last equalized assessment
roll of' the County of San Bernardino. together with a particular
description of the land proposed to be annexed. was filed with the
Secretary of said District on the ~day of

which petition prayed that said lands be added to the District in
accordance with the provisions of the County Water District Act.

That the Secretary of said District duly set a date for the
hearing of said petition and caused to be published in the

in the County of San Bernardino. there being no newspaper printed
and published ïh the District. a notice stating the purpose of the
petitioL'l. describing the lands to be added and notifying all persons
interested of the hearing thereon to be held on Monday ..., 15

place of the Board of Directors of said District. 7337 Del Resa
Avenue. San Bernardin$. California the affidavit of which publicatien

That all acts and conditions and things required by law to
be done precedent to the hearing of said petition by this Board have
been done and have been performed in regular and in due form and in

strict c:ompliance with the provisions of the law authorizing the

That at the time and
place fixed in said notice this Board
p~ceeðed to hear said petition, and all written objections thereto,
110 such objections ~lere received, and upon the hearing of said p;:;ti-
tion, and after a full investigation and examination, this Board has
found and declared and does hereby find and declare, that said pc<::i-
t10n complies with the requirements of the County ¡"later District l'ct,
and this Board does hereby find and declare the addition to the Dis-
trict of the lands proposed to be added as authorized by said ]',ct
will be for the best interest of the District, and of the lands to
be added.

That the boundaries of the East San Bernardino County "'ater
District shall be, and they are hereby altered by adding thereto the
hereinafter described territory, which territory is hereby annexed to
said District, and the boundaries of which territory so annexed are
situate in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, and ~re
