AN ORDINANCE AJ'lENDING ORDINANCE NO. 117, AN
ORDINANCE ALTERING BOUNDARIES OF EAST
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ANNEXATION NO. 1959-25
BASE LINE STREET BETVŒEN BARTON ROAD
AND FERRIS HILL ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of' Directors of' the East San
Bernardino County Water District, San Bernardino County, Californ a,
as follows:
1.
That af'ter proceedings to that end duly had and taken,
and on the 27th day of July, 1959, the Board of Directors of
said District adopted Ordinance No. 117, An Ordinance Altering
Boundaries of East San Bernardino County Water District, A~nexa-
tion No. 1959-25, Base Line Street between Barton Road and Ferris
Hill Road, which ordinance ordered the alteration of the bound-
aries of said District by adding thereto the territory described
therein.
2.
That following the expiration of the period for refer-
enduro of said ordinance to the electors of said Listrict, and on
the 31st day of August, 1959, the President and Secretary of said
District duly prepared and executed a Certificate of Facts Re-
lative to Annexation of Certain Lands to East San Bernardino
County Water District, relating to said proceedings, as required
by law, and duly filed said Certificate with the Secretm'~' of
State and ,'lith the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardir.

That it now appears that said ordinance and said pro-
ceedings leading up to its adoption inadvertently contained a
patent error in the description of the boundaries of said terri-
tories to be annexed.

That the Board does hereby find and declare that said
ordinance should be amended and the proceedings corrected to more
accurately describe the boundaries of the territory to be annexed
5.
That Ordinance No. 117, An Ordinance Altering EDund-
aries of East San Bernardino County Water District, Annexation
No. 1959-25, Base Line street between Barton Road and Ferris
Hill Road, adopted by said Board on the 27th day of July, 1959,
be, and it is hereby amended to substitute the Exhibit I A I'
description hereto attached and made a part hereof by reference f
the Exhibit "A:' description attached to said Ordinance No. 117.
6.
That the Secretary of this Board be, and he is hereb:'
directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance in the office
of the Secretary of State and in the office of the County Recor-
der, to constitute an amended Certificate of Facts.
7.
That this ordinance be posted in three public places
