AN ORDINANCE M'IENDING ORDINANCE NO. 105, AN
ORDINM~CE ALTERING BOUNDARIES OF EAST
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ANNEXATION NO. 1959-14
STERLING JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the East San
Bernardino County water District, San Bernardino County, Californi ,
as follows:
1.
That after proceedings to that end duly had and taken,
and on the 8th day of June, 1959, the Board of Directors of said
District adopted Ordinance No. 105, An Ordinance Altering Bound-
aries of East San Bernardino County Water District, Annexat:Lon No.
1959-14, Sterling Junior High School, which ordinance order.ed the
alteration of the boundaries of said District by adding thereto
the territory described therein.

That following the expiration of the period for referen
dum of said ordinance to the electors of said District, and on
the 13~day of July, 1959, the President and Secretary of said
District duly prepared and executed a Certificate of Facts Hela-
tive to Annexation of Certain Lands to East San Bernardino County
\'later District, relating to said proceedings, as required b;{ lavl,
and duly filed said Certificate with the Secretary of State and
with the County Hecorder of the County of San Bernardino as re-
quir ed by law.
3.
That it now appears that said ordinance and said pro-
oeedings leading up to its adoption inadvertently contained a patent
error in the description of the boundaries of said territories to
be annexed.

That the Board does hereby find and declare that said
ordinance should be amended and the proceedings co~~rected to more
accurately describe the boundaries of the territory to be annexed.
5.
That Ordinance No. Ill, An Ordinance Altering Bound-
aries of East San Bernardino County Water District, Annexation No.
1959-18, Ninth and Tippecanoe, adopted by said Board on the]3th
day of July, 1959, be, and it is hereby amended to substitute the
Exhibit IIAIi description hereto attached and made a part hereof by
reference for the Exhibit "A" description attached to said Ordinan e
[~o. 112.
6.
That the Secretary of this Board be, and he is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance in
the office
of the Secretary of State and in the office of the County Recorder,
to constitute an amended Certificate of Facts.
7.
That this ordinance be posted in three public places
within the District.
