for the trees, lie asked for and received,

FLAT RATE METERING .The General Manager presented a letter on the
PROGRAM Flat-Rate Metering Program drawn up by the Water
Committee. He stated, of the 560 flat rate
service that would have to be set, aa2 are
already prepared to put the meters in with 118
to be prepared for spacers and meter.set up.
MOTION Upon motion by Director Stallw6~, ~u!y seconded
by Director Disch and carried unanimously, Staff
is directed to go ahead with the Metering Program.
RESOLUTION }10. 1294 Resolution }Io. 1294 was pxesented, Expre~sing
.OPPOSING CONFLICT Opposition to Conflict of Interest Law, Section
OF INTEREST LAN 3600 of the Government Code of the State. of
ASSY BILL NO. 325 California and requesting Modification and
Clarification thereof. This Resolution was
prepared by Attorney Robert Farrell at the
request, of the Board from the November 10,
Board Meeting, due to Assembly Bill No.
This resolution is to be sent to Governor
Reagan, Senator Coombs, Assemblymen L~wis and
Q~imby and to the Irrigation Districts Association.
Attorney Farrell summarized the contents of the
resolution for the Board.

the sewer rates of the District to offset the
City increase sewer rate until we hear from the
