A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EAST SAN BERNARDINO
COUNTX WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING GRANT OF LIEN
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the hereto attached Grant
of Lien effecting real property executed October 24, 1972 by
VIVIEN C. MILBURN, 26918 THIRD STREET, HIGHLAND, AS OBLIGOR,
to the East San Bernardino County Water District, be and the same
is hereby accepted for and on 'behalf of said Water District.
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this REsolution be
attached to said Grant of Lien and that the same be recorded in th
Office o£ the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, and filed in the records of this Board.
Ths foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a Regular Meeting
of the Board of Directors of the East San Bernardino County Water
District upon motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously
on Octolaer 24, 1972.
