A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EAST SAN BERNARDINO
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
RELEASE OF LIEN FOR DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the East
San Bernardino County Water District as follows:
WHEREAS, the indebtedness incurred by that certain lien on the
property described as 26938 Cypress Street, Highland, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, owned by WILLIAM PRICE/
FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION, OBLIGOR, recorded in Book 7810,
Page 717 of Official Record with the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, has been satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the
East San Bernardino County Water District does hereby release
the lien against said property and the Trea:~urer is hereby
authorized to execute a Release of Lien for Delinquent Sewer
Charges in the name of and on behalf of, the said District.
The foregoing resolution was duly adopted at an Adjourned
Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of:.the East San Bernar-
dino County Water District by motion made, duly seconded and
carried unanimously on August 29, 1972.
