HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes -1570 - Notice of CompletionRESOLUTION N0. 1570 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EAST SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT NOTICE OF COMPLETION BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the East San Bernardino County Water District as follows: WHEREAS, based upon the Certificate of Completion executed by Joseph A. Rowe of CM Engineering Associates, for Installation of Sewer Extension Line in Osbun Road north of Highland Avenue, located within the East San Bernardino County Water District, has been duly completed by EDMOND J. VADNAIS, General Contractor, in accordance with the Plans and Specifications of the District. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors hereby determines that said Contract is completed a.nd President and Secretary are hereby authorized to execute a. Notice of Completion on behalf of the District, and the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record said Notice of Completion in the Office of the County Recorder, County of~San Bernardino, State of California * ~.* The foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the East San Bernardino County Water District upon motion duly made, seconded, and carried unanimously on Aug. 14, 1972. 7 R.
