A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EAST SAN BERNARDINO
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF SEWERS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the East San
Bernardino County Water District as follows:
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewers and appurtenant structures con-
structed in accordance with specifications of the East San Ber-
nardino County Water District in Tract No. (3331 built for public
use, have been dedicated to said District by MARYSVILLE DEVELOP-
MENT COMPANY, William C. Buster, Jr., Presi~tent.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBX RESOLVED, that the Dedication of
Sewers executed by William C. Buster, Jr., President of Marysville
Development Company, dated July 29,1971, be accepted and all
rights, title and interest in, and to said sewer be vested in the
East San Bernardino County Water District, and the Secretary of
this District be and he is, hereby authorized and directed to
record this resolution with said Dedication of Sewers attached
thereto, in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Bernardino, State of California.
The foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a Regular Meeting
of the Board of Directors of the East San Bernardino County Water
District, upon motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously,
on August 14, 1972.
