HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes -1537 - Release of Lien KnowltonR,ES'OLUTLON CIO. 1537 A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EAST SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY' WATER DISTRICT RELEASE OF LIEN RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the East San Bernardino County Water District as follows: WHEREAS, the indebtedness incurred by that. certain Lien on the property described as 3069 N. ORANGE STREET, SAN BERNARDINO, County of San Bernardino, State of California, owned by HAROLD B. and NORP$A R. KNOWLTON, Obligors, recorded in Book 7444 of Official Record, Pages 825 through $28, records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, has been satisfied; NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED That the East San Bernardino County Water District does hereby release the Lien against said property and the Treasurer is hereby authorized to execute a Release of Lien in the name of, and on behalf of the said District.. * * ~ The foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the East San Bernardino County Water District by motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, on May 8, 1972.
