ANNUAL BOARD WORKSHOP
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of
the East Valley Water District will be held on Saturday, March 4, 1995. The
purpose of this meeting is a workshop session to discuss the matters
specified below for information purposes only. No decisions will be
reached.
1. Review of major projects in progress
~ Major projects and status
~ Future capital improvement program
2. Operations Report
~ Computer system and software upgrade
~ Administration facilities
- Water and sewer systems report
3. Proposed 93-94 Budget
~ Detailed budget
~ Proposed rate adjustments
~ Water and sewer rate survey

MINUTES
The Special Meeting (Board Workshop) was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
by President Douglas, Director Negrete led the flag salute.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Directors Goodin, Negrete, Lightfoot, Sturgeon,Douglas
ABSENT: None
STAFF: Bob Martin, General Manager; Paul Dolter, Assistant
District Engineer: Alberta Hess, Auditor/Controller;
Mary Wallace, Administrative Assistant
GUESTS: Willard Kenley; Richard Walker; James Schlahta; Ed
Norton; J. W. Munsen; Jack Rause and other unidentified
guests
The Board President stated that this meeting is a workshop only. No
decisions will be made.
Major Projects, public information mailings, water and sewer rules and
regulations and the proposed 1995-96 budget were reviewed at length.
No decisions were made.
The meeting adjourned at 12:00 P.M.
