5. Approval of Development Agreement between East Valley Water District and Centex Homes to
provide domestic water and sewer service to thirty-nine (39) dwelling units located between
Weaver Street and Cone Camp Road., North of Greenspot Road, in the City of Highland.

7. General Fund Disbursements 4180688 through 4180840 in the amount of$244,371.46 and Payroll
